Meet Our Doctors
Our doctors are seasoned professionals in the field. They are not only very successful doctors, but also the teachers and supervisors for our college students and interns. With their busy schedule, booking is required for all new and old patients.
Dr. Frank Du
President. TCMD. MD(China), Master Degree(Australia). R.Ac. RMT
Dr. Du has 28 years of teaching and clinical experience in TCM and acupuncture in Canada, Australia, and China. He is a Registered Acupuncturist and TCM doctor in Alberta.
Dr.Du earned his Bachelor of Medicine specializing in TCM from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1988, and obtained his Master Science from RMIT University in Australia in 1999.
As the founder and president of CCTCMA, he is responsible for the program design, curriculum development, and all academic activities. He is also a professor at CCTCMA and teaches various subjects in TCM and acupuncture.

Dr. Michael McFariane
B.Sc., R.Ac.
Michael has been in private practice since 2005 and is a graduate of the Grant MacEwan Acupuncture Program in Edmonton, Alberta. He also took part in an internship program in China where he completed courses in acupuncture, Tai Chi, and Chinese Massage (2004).
Michael previously taught for the acupuncture program and the massage therapy program at Grant MacEwan University (2005-2017). He currently serves on the Conduct and Competency Board for the College & Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta.
In addition to being a registered acupuncturist in Alberta, Michael also holds a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta.

Dr. Guichao Wu
TCMD. R.Ac
Dr. Wu graduated from the Beijing University of TCM in 1998. He was a licensed acupuncturist in California, USA. He has 12 years of TCM and acupuncture experience in North America. He is currently a Registered Acupuncturist in Alberta.
